General Summary:
The Customer Support Wholesale Specialist is responsible for providing direct support to both our wholesale customers and our direct consumers. The primary contact for many of our wholesale customers, the specialist will assist our wholesale customers through placing orders,maintaining those orders, and providing exemplary service to them as necessary. For larger wholesale customers, additional contact is often necessary such as assisting them with forecasts,regular monthly or quarterly contacts requesting forecasts and providing new product and pricing information. The wholesale specialist will assist in growing this area of the business by prospecting for new accounts and establishing a rapport with these positional customers. In addition to being the primary contact for wholesale customers, the specialist will also be
responsible for some consumer support. For our consumers, the Wholesale Specialist will communicate directly with consumers via phone, chat, email, and social media, while providing order entry and order support.

Essential Job Function:
· Provide exceptional customer service to King Arthur Flour’s wholesale customers and direct consumers.
· Must be committed, as a role model for the team, to demonstrate the understanding that success can only be achieved through a superior wholesale experience with the goal of 100% accuracy in ordering, shipping and invoicing our Customer orders and providing exceptional sales support.
· Works closely with the Vice President/General Manager of the Baker’s Catalogue and the Customer Support Manager.
· Manage the order process from entry to fulfillment for Baker’s Catalogue wholesale customers.
· Provide technical support for both internal and external customers.
· Keep processes & procedures current and appropriately implemented in accordance to guidelines. Suggest new processes & procedures as needed.
· Correspond with customers using phone, email, chat, social media, and other forms of communication as necessary.
· Identify bottlenecks, share issues and concerns as they arise. Share information with leaders in other areas who would be able to help solve these problems.
· Create, maintain and expand the company’s database of prospects
· Cold-call identified prospects and identify the decision makers within these targeted prospects to start a business relationship as a new customer.
· Show initiative in your responsibilities and expectations, focus on proactive measures.
· Develop and implement a system of follow-up with all wholesale customers based around ordering history and level of business.
· Use effective problem solving skills, while providing customer resolution and satisfaction in all customer interactions.
· Maintain communications between multiple departments concerning wholesale orders, such as operations,production, fulfillment, and others as necessary.
· Manage direct customer support to Baker’s Catalogue wholesale customers, including placing follow-up phone calls and “warm calling” current customers.
· Maintaining regular (monthly and quarterly) contact with our largest wholesale customers.
· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Educational/Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree
· 1-2 year's customer service or sales support experience
· B2B experience a plus

Physical Requirements:
· Ability to remain stationary for extended periods of time

· Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office Suite and internet browsing
· Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest)
· Ability to work individually and as part of a team serving the needs of King Arthur’s
customers
· Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
· Flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.
· Ability to type a minimum of 40 words a minute
· Strong technical support skills
· Criminal Record check may be required as part of credit card security regulations
