King Arthur Flour is looking for an intellectually curious, internet and business-savvy digital marketing coordinator. The person in this role will plan and execute social media campaigns, manage our social media editorial calendar and coordinate marketing efforts with external bloggers. The goal of the coordinator’s efforts is to grow public awareness of King Arthur Flour and our products, expand consumer engagement with our brand, leverage social media as a direct marketing channel, keep King Arthur Flour at the forefront of new media marketing, and communicate our efforts throughout the company. The ideal candidate for this position has a solid understanding of the current digital marketing landscape, and is passionate about baking and the King Arthur Flour brand.

Responsibilities:
• Work with the Marketing Team and other business units to understand, shape and implement a cross-company social marketing strategy.
• Implement social media strategy and best practices across various platforms and social communities (including Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Google+, etc.).
• Develop and maintain relationships with external bloggers and other key influencers in coordination with Public Relations.
• Manage external social media vendors and use tools to implement campaigns and monitor brand engagement across social media platforms.
• Provide monthly reports to summarize social media content performance, audience engagement and advertising efforts. Identify opportunities to make social media campaigns more efficient and effective.
• Identify new marketing opportunities across all media and introduce relevant tools and platforms to the company as they arise.
• Partner with content producers to understand and share best practices on how to authentically engage on platforms.
• Keep current on industry changes. Advise content contributors and marketing team on impactful news and industry trends.

Qualifications:
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S. or B.A.)
• Two or more years of social media marketing experience at a consumer product company, media company or marketing agency
• Strong communication skills
• Strong project management skills
• Hands-on experience with Google Analytics or equivalent web analytics tool
• Creative problem solver, who is able to influence others via excellent written and verbal communication
• Love and understanding of baking; genuine enthusiasm for all things KAF
• Must be self-motivated, energetic, adaptable, flexible, and reliable
• Must be a team player, willing to support at times, lead other times
