Job Summary:

This Email Campaign Specialist primary role is to develop and execute all Email HTML coding, QA, deployment and email response analysis utilizing the outside Email service provider’s application tool. This position is also responsible for implementation of coding multiple creative versions for targeted customer segment testing inclusive of variation of subject lines, banners, images and promotions.

50% of time will be on email campaign implementation and execution of email html coding, QA and deployment.
50% of time will be on email test strategy execution and multi channel response analysis.

Essential Functions:

• Develop and execute all HTML coding of customer emails including tracking parameters and image link optimization.
• Assemble and deploy outbound email campaign versions utilizing outside service provider’s application tool.
• Responsible for complete testing and QA of email functionality, tracking and display thru Litmus tool inclusive of testing links across multiple devices.
• Assist with weekly email multi channel response analysis and reporting including test version results utilizing service provider’s tool, Omniture and customer marketing database.

Qualifications:
Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong aptitude with MS Office tools, especially advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required
• Must have a working knowledge of HTML coding
• Experience with Dreamweaver required
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and analytical best practices a plus
• Experience in a multi channel environment is a plus

Education and Experience:

• 4 year Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business discipline required
• 3-5 years of Marketing experience with a business to consumer company required
• Email Marketing experience required
• Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies a plus
