GENERAL SUMMARY
King Arthur Flour is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist to join our growing email marketing program. The Email Marketing Specialist will focus on development, testing, deployment and reporting of email marketing campaigns. This individual will work closely with King Arthur Flour’s merchandising, creative, web and marketing teams to assist with campaign strategy, email production and reporting. The position reports to the Digital Marketing Manager.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION
• Participate in email campaign planning and scheduling
• Assist in the development, setup, testing and execution of batch, behavior-based and transaction emails
• Analyze campaign results and monitor program effectiveness. Develop and implement tests to help drive improvements.
• Ensure that emails are coded using best practices across multiple email clients, ISPs and mobile devices
• Follow industry news to help drive and test new email marketing initiatives

Qualifications:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
• 2+ years experience in email marketing and/or online marketing
• Strong analytical skills and a high level of proficiency in HTML and CSS
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, Dreamweaver and Fireworks a plus

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent organizational and communication skills. Keen attention to details.
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize in house web databases and analytical software tools as well as affiliate tools
• Self-motivated and deadline oriented
• Supportive & positive team player
• Genuine enthusiasm for baking and King Arthur Flour
