FreshAddress is seeking a Marketing Associate to help drive leads, cultivate brand awareness, and keep us moving in the right direction. The ideal candidate is a Google Analytics power user, SEO/PPC expert, and passionate about PR & events.

You'll make significant contributions by:

• collaborating with management in the development and execution of the marketing plan

• developing, measuring, testing, optimizing, and reporting on our approach to website & search marketing, online advertising, and lead gen

• managing/promoting tradeshows, events, speaking opps, and webinars; tracking associated costs, deadlines, deliverables, ROI, and membership renewals.

• developing and nurturing B2B media, blogger, & analyst relations… you’ll handle press releases, media kits and more.

• updating our website (WordPress)… photos, events, testimonials, etc.

• assisting with creating and curating content for social media and working with mgmt. to evaluate efforts against KPI.

• assisting with copywriting, editing, proofing, layout, market research, client nurturing, vendor mgmt. and the various things that pop up in the department.

Qualifications:
Who are you?

Communication, collaboration, creativity, and motivation are part of your DNA. You have fire in your belly and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves.

You speak Google Analytics, SEM, and ESL (Excel as a second language).

You can write, edit, wrangle projects, give presentations, and tackle basic design. You have superior problem-solving and time-management skills.

You are proficient with Microsoft Office, and friendly with WordPress, MailChimp, basic HTML, and Adobe Creative Cloud.

You know (or will find) the perfect PM software to help keep our ducks in a row.

You are proactive, responsive, adaptable, and seek clarification when priorities are unclear.

You’re able to work independently and as part of a team.

You’re whip-smart and have either the education, the experience (2-4yrs), or a combination of both to back it up.

Knowledge of B2B marketing, email marketing, and an interest in inbound marketing a plus.

Able to travel up to 10% as needed.

Salary Range

$40k-50k base, plus monthly profit sharing, performance-based quarterly bonuses, comprehensive medical and dental coverage, 12 paid holidays, PTO, and employer matching 401(k) retirement plan.
