Position Summary:
This position will function as an online marketing generalist, but will be primarily responsible for managing multiple strategic online marketing programs; including paid search, affiliate marketing, comparison shopping engines, and banner advertising, with the primary objective of new customer acquisition, driving incremental revenue and enhancing Web's overall business goals. Additional responsibilities such as organic search optimization, online branding, social media marketing and other online acquisition strategies may be included.

Essential Position Responsibilities:
• Manages Search Engine Marketing (SEM) tasks, which includes bid management, keyword tracking, and ongoing maintenance/optimization.
• Manage tracking, reporting and analysis of marketing campaigns and programs. Develop and maintains reports to measure effectiveness of programs, and various campaigns. Provide performance analysis, and execute on that analysis to ensure positive growth.
• Launching of new programs with additional top tier and 2nd tier engines.
• Oversee relationship with affiliate network partner and utilize affiliate-marketing programs to effectively generate traffic, acquire new customers and increase online sales.
• Continually provide affiliates with new incentives, new marketing messages, and new advertisements. Maintain regular communications with affiliates.
• Analyze affiliate performance to help identify opportunities to increase new customer acquisition and maximize return.
• Identify new marketing opportunities on the partner sites.
• Work with Creative and Content managers to develop customized landing pages for various programs.
• Oversee display advertising program and affinity marketing program.
• Support company search engine optimization (SEO) efforts.

Qualifications:
Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, internet technologies or online marketing which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
• Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2+ years professional experience in online marketing, and a strong knowledge of the online marketing landscape, with proven demonstrable expertise.
• Candidate should have a minimum of 1 years’ experience in managing paid search campaigns and 1 year directly in affiliate management.
• Ability to manipulate, analyze and utilize information to drive decision making.
• Experience with web tool analytics package such as Omniture, Coremetrics, etc.
• Solid understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) a plus.
• Basic HTML and CSS knowledge is a plus.
• Basic understanding of web design, usability, and web functionality.
• Ability to manage time in fast paced, deadline driven environment.
• Ability to work effectively and creatively within a team environment as well as independently.
• Proficient in MS Excel required.
• Experience managing key vendor relationships a plus.
