We are looking for a Director of Online Advertising and Social Media to lead a strategy for adding new leads and driving repeat business for all of Vantage’s products worldwide. The ideal candidate for this position will possess strong digital media buying and ad production skills, strong Search Engine marketing expertise, and have strong analytical, optimization and project management skills. This key team member will be responsible for achieving the optimal value and performance for Vantage’s interactive and social media marketing programs using sophisticated data analytics and reporting tools.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage web advertising and social media channels to drive specific marketing and sales objectives.
• Develop, refine, and execute online campaigns with media, SEM/SEO, and Interactive agencies/vendors.
• Manage ad creative and landing page production for all online media and perform landing page tests to increase conversion rates.
• Manage online tracking compilation, analysis, optimization recommendations for all online advertising. Ensure quality and accuracy of reporting results.
• Drive lead generation and engagement of existing customers to grow interactive engaged file
• Utilize A/B testing strategies to test and optimize programs that deliver against ROI targets while driving and optimizing key performance metrics.
• Drive execution of an integrated social media strategy utilizing all appropriate channels for the Vantage audience. These may include Facebook, You Tube, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
• Be the organizational expert in popular/cutting edge social media monitoring tools and popular social media management tools.
• Identify and design effective engagement strategies to encourage Vantage travelers and prospects to coalesce around Vantage travel-related content. Maintain a consistent corporate voice throughout all social media channels and communications.
• Support current company blog and launch new content channels, including newsletters, to increase qualified lead acquisition and conversion.
• Coordinate with Customer Service to respond to and address customer issues as found on social networks.

Qualifications:
• BA/BS with significant coursework in marketing, business, or communications.
• 3-5 years experience in digital analytics, with a specific focus on social media
• Experience in develop social media strategies
• Experience in developing revenue models and forecasts in excel
• Knowledge of platform based analytics platforms such as Facebook Analytics
• Strong knowledge of social media strategies, services, and tools (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, Flickr, blogs)
• Significant experience in use of web performance analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Webtrends, Omniture, HootSuite, Sprinklr etc.
• Possess the skills necessary to work effectively in a culture of rapid change.
• An understanding of HTML, JavaScript, blogging tools, and creative tools such as Photoshop/illustrator preferred.
• Good oral/written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong MS Office Skills.
