The Vermont Country Store is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support the Marketing department in planning, data processing, campaign set-up and maintenance and weekly/monthly reporting. This position is designed to learn all aspects of the Marketing department within The Vermont Country Store and make decisions on a regular basis pertaining to Marketing support functions. The Vermont Country store offers a unique work environment with many progressive benefits in a rural setting for those who enjoy the outdoors and country lifestyle.

• Eager to learn all aspects of the Marketing department?
• Well-versed in the Marketing industry with a broad knowledge of marketing planning?

Have you…
• Strong organization, documentation and prioritization skills with the ability to balance multiple tasks at once?
• The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions?
• Worked with external vendors to meet deadlines while keeping quality a primary focus?
• Exceptionally strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills?

Are you ready to…
• Support marketing planning, including preparing the catalog cost budget, developing cost scenarios and providing monthly reconciliations?
• Ensure quality print production and serve as a primary interface with catalog printer and order form production?
• Create, maintain and communicate offer and source code information?
• Be a part of a strong team and support Marketing functions on an as-needed basis?

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field with 1-3 years business experience preferred.
• Detail oriented with emphasis on accuracy and integrity of data.
• Power Excel user, adept in spreadsheet development and manipulation.
