We are currently recruiting for a Web Production Design Assistant to join our Team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the Web Production team in creating assets for full-price, sale, promotional, PR and other digital campaigns
• Maintain seasonal graphics for email campaigns, website promotions, Facebook, Pinterest, etc., as directed
• Work within our content management tools (WebSphere CMC/WCM) to complete site updates
• Assist the Web Production team in routing creative within the established timelines
• Create PDF review of each season's product images and perform image edits on a daily basis
• Assist with QA/proofing of the website
• Be a contributing member of the Creative team to plan, develop, and brainstorm future projects
• Other responsibilities as directed and necessary for the business

Qualifications:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in design, art or technology field or equivalent work experience
• 1+ years work experience in related field

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE:
• Intermediate-level skills with latest versions of InDesign, PhotoShop, Acrobat, Illustrator, Dreamweaver (HTML), FTP
• Strong familiarity with ecommerce, blogs, social media (Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good working knowledge of design considerations for the Internet (browser, tablet, and mobile)
• Understanding of corporate identity, branding, layout, color theory, and typography for print and digital mediums a plus

• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Flexibility to react to a fast-paced corporate environment
• Ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment
