About the Opportunity
Epsilon’s Online Solutions team helps marketers enhance the effectiveness of their digital marketing programs by more effectively leveraging offline customer and prospect data in online channels. The Senior Manager/Director Client Solutions, Online Solutions will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of client engagements, including display media campaigns, advanced digital marketing analytics and targeting, offline data onboarding, and data management platforms (DMP). The Manager/Director Client Solutions must possess a unique blend of client-facing skills; business and technical savvy; analytic skills; a big-picture vision, and the project management skills and drive to make that vision a reality. The candidate will have a unique opportunity to manage cutting edge online marketing engagements for one of the industry’s largest and most respected marketing services providers.

Responsibilities
1. Manage client relationships and engagement – Serve as the primary client day-to-day contact and own project management of high profile engagements
2. Work with cross functional teams and partners – This role will work with key client, Epsilon and partner stakeholders, including: marketing, sales, strategy, analytics, campaign management, product management, data and database operations, etc.
3. Conduct business analysis – Lead process to derive insight and business strategy from analytics outputs
4. Manage Growing Client Services Team – in addition to directly managing existing relationships, this person will have the responsibility to oversee the client services and campaign management teams, establish best practices, client planning schedules etc.

Qualifications:
Qualifications
* 4 year college degree required, top tier academic institution preferred
* 7-10 years of work experience required
* Minimum 5 years in a client-facing role
* Minimum 5 years of related experience in online advertising, database marketing, digital analytics, sales engineering, agency service delivery or product management
* Demonstrated success autonomously managing complex projects that involve multiple workstreams, and require input from multiple people
* Strong team player and experience having managed a team in a fast paced environment
* Excellent analytic skills and fluency with Microsoft Excel
* Familiar with the online advertising ecosystem and technically savvy
* Polished business professional with strong communication skills, able to effectively communicate with people from different functional areas and different levels of responsibility
* Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, ‘startup’ environment within a larger company
