We are a 65 year old family owned business seeking an enthusiastic analyst to support the finance team as well as participate in various business initiatives throughout the organization. The candidate must have a solid aptitude for understanding and correlating financial and statistical information. They must also possess a natural ability to approach work place projects logically and thoughtfully but also incorporate a great deal of creativity in developing business solutions. This will be a great opportunity to initially learn the direct marketing business from a financial standpoint and will also provide the opportunity to explore and impact many other departments and functions across the company. The incumbent can have experience in a non-finance based functional area but must have a desire to grow within a finance environment.

Qualifications:
Experience:
• This is an entry-level position where limited work experience is required; recent graduates with some work experience are encouraged to apply

Education:
• Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Business, or related four year degree.

• Self-motivated, positive attitude and an intellectual curiosity to investigate variance issues
