Summary

Responsible for email marketing and analysis including generating email campaign reports to track performance and effectiveness of strategies and daily campaigns. Supports Interactive Marketing initiatives, including creation of email promotional plans, project management of email related projects, vendor management, scheduling and building multi-channel promotions.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for email marketing analysis, identifying areas of opportunity and monitoring competitors.
• Project Management for Interactive marketing initiatives. Includes working with web development vendor to create, test and approve web forms, landing pages and trigger campaigns.
• Creates and manages email schedule. Include overseeing strategy and execution of corporate email campaigns. Track open and delivery rates, and monitor according to spam regulations.
• Plan and drive e-append plan from selection of vendors & negotiation of rates to merging of records to database.
• Presents email program analysis and recommendations with key internal partners for ongoing optimization.
• Ensures utilization of best practices and compliance around permission-based marketing, privacy, spam regulation, and deliverability, email browser compatibility, and evaluates other ongoing technical needs
• Acts as liaison between IT and its members to diagnose and resolve any email related problems that may arise
• Coordinate activities with Online and Offline marketing, Customer Care, Product Marketing, and Operations to ensure program success.
• Manages company email lists, by performing list pulls, list hygiene and segmentation
• Manage day-to-day relationship with ESP and help ensure Vantage adheres to email best practices.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
• Extensive experiences with email marketing, agency or client-side, with consumer experience a plus.
• Strong ability to effectively work cross functionally within a large organization and with external partners.
• 5+ years product and/or consumer marketing in the travel space preferred
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Project Management skills
• Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and detail orientation
• Analytic approach to business - know the numbers and use them to drive decision-making
• Bachelor degree in business, marketing or communications related field
• Understands email marketing best practices
• Ability to plan, prioritize and execute a variety of sales enablement marketing programs and deliver against goals and deadlines
• Experience managing and coordinating multiple projects across internal teams
