We are currently recruiting for a Digital Commerce Operations Manager to join our Team.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conduct and coordinate complete user-acceptance testing of new code releases
• Communicate and socialize new web functionality to the organization, and collaborate with appropriate areas of the company to ensure optimal launch and utilization of new enhancements; measure post-launch project success
• Collaborate with counterparts across Cornerstone Brands and third-party vendors on development of new initiatives and functionalities
• Write detailed requirements documentation including “wire-framing” mock-ups in relation to functionality and ROI justification
• Assist Web Content team in the building out of web content
• Research and make strategic recommendations for the evolution of site features and functionality to maximize effectiveness of site
• Lead cross-functional teams on web enhancement projects
• Create and maintains best practices for thorough web testing
• Assist in coordinating A/B tests in relation to web functionality
• Leverage internal reporting systems to lead development recommendations and calculate ROI for prioritization
• Ensure that work flows through the department and that schedules and deadlines are followed and met; act as final arbiter of priority within the department
• Supervise Web Content team, including but not limited to hiring and conducting performance reviews
• Establish goals, set quality standards and assist in creating work processes with other departments and external resources
• Initiate efficiencies and drive automation in web content processes as the business evolves
• Stay current on e-commerce development best practices and make recommendations accordingly and based on optimizing bottom-line business objectives
• Other responsibilities as directed and necessary for the business

Qualifications:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s Degree in E-commerce, Computer Science or related field
• 3+ years experience as business analyst and/or quality assurance tester for a sophisticated B2C e-commerce website
• Previous managerial experience preferred

TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
• Thorough understanding of software development lifecycle
• Fluency in Coremetrics or other robust website reporting packages
• Experience with web development tools such as JavaScript, JSP and Java
• Experience with J2EE Application Server such as IBM’s WebSphere (WAS)
• DB2 and Unix/Linux skills including proficiency in SQL development and shell scripting
• Understanding of security issues including PCI compliance is helpful
