Under Armour is seeking an E-Commerce Acquisition Manager to work within the E-Commerce Marketing Department. This position is responsible for running the existing UA Affiliate program, manages performance of the Comparison Shopping Engines (aka Price Comparison sites) and places periodic banner/display advertising. Must possess strong vendor relations, project management, communication and analytical skills. Direct experience with direct-to-consumer e-commerce or multichannel marketing preferred.

What will I do at UA?
Manage the Under Armour Affiliate Program by adding new affiliates, optimizing existing affiliates and scoring significant strategic and tactical wins with key partners in the channel.
Provide leadership and continue to grow our Comparison Shopping Engine Program (aka price comparison sites).
Deploy tests of display and targeted advertising via banners
Analyze and provide reporting on program KPIs identifying opportunities for growth and improving efficiency
Manage programs within acceptable levels of advertising spend, contribution and customer long term value
Assist with periodic reporting (weekly, monthly) on campaign performance
Liaise with UA internal stakeholders and third parties responsible for program execution
Execute trend analysis, monitoring and competitive benchmarking

Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel for presentation of reports and data

Strong problem solving, decision making and analytical ability
Demonstrated flexibility- adapts to a changing work environment while meeting company and department milestones
Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change as our company grows

Other skills and abilities
Experience using statistical techniques to evaluate marketing tests
Experience with automated campaign management or segmentation tools
Knowledge/experience with order allocation methods/best practices
Ability to work with APIs and monitor/manipulate data feeds
