JOB SUMMARY:
Acts as the lead communication liaison for our email strategy and development across multiple departments. Translates our email strategy into day-to-day actions, recommendations and persistent honing of best practices. Integrates any changes to the daily work stream in a timely manner and communicates any pertinent revisions. Ensures that test campaigns are created according to plan inclusive of variation of subject lines, banners, images and promotions and that key partners across departments understand the approach. Participates in Email deployment (QA and link testing) with exposure and opportunity to take on coding responsibilities on a daily basis.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Collaborates with E-commerce Marketing, Brand Marketing, Merchandising, Creative and Copy teams
• Participates in planning and facilitating the execution of daily marketing emails inclusive of test versions and trigger programs.
• Partners with Creative and Merchandising teams to ensure email best practices are implemented based on test learnings.
• Champions new ideas and concepts to test.
• Stays informed with email best practices, strategies and industry standards.
• Maintains best practices and operating principles for driving email traffic and revenue in line with the Email Plan.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:
• Strong aptitude with MS Office tools, especially advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint is required
• Requires experience with project management and trafficking.
• Experience with Work Front is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail with good organization and time management skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities and meet deadlines
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• High energy, positive “can do” attitude and self motivated
• Propensity to learn quickly and ask questions to gain clarity
• High degree of organization, accuracy and flexibility; detail oriented

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• 4 year Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business discipline required
• 2+ years Email Marketing experience required
• 2+ years experience with a business to consumer company a plus
