Position Description:
Reporting to the Digital Channel Director, the Digital Channel Coordinator II is responsible for managing tasks critical to web and digital marketing development, with a focus on Quality Assurance, sprint velocity and platform administration. The Digital Channel Coordinator II facilitates requirement generation for digital projects executed within the organization. S/he owns user acceptance testing and smoke testing, and assists with project prioritization, vendor selection and overall website strategy. S/he manages the workflow, resolution and communication for all user reported website issues. Requires close teamwork with the creative group, data group, Information Technology and other departments within the organization.

Essential Functions:
● Maintain and prune Jira ticket backlog to ensure a coherent, actionable and prioritized product roadmap.
● Work with stakeholders to create requirement rich tickets for feature development.
● Facilitate meetings to address and remove impediments and blockers threatening digital development projects.
● Manage UAT and smoke testing initiatives, including oversight of external QA resource.
● Create schedules and documentation, assign resources, and manage production process from concept to deployment while ensuring deadlines and deliverables are accurately communicated to creative team and tasks are completed within web sprint parameters.
● Administer the Road Scholar discussion boards, working with the Digital Channel Director and internal resources to prioritize feature development.
● Triage, route and/or resolve all website directed help desk tickets.
● Serve as the CMS administrator for the website and discussion board platforms, and efficiently resolve all user submitted content requests.
Additional Duties:

● Improve internal processes to facilitate more efficient website development.
● Act as liaison to internal departments to distill requests into actionable tickets.

Education and Experience:
● Bachelor’s Degree
● Minimum of basic HTML skills
● Minimum of two years digital experience working within a development framework
● Experience with requirements gathering
● Experience with Agile Project Management process
● Experience creating Jira tickets and facilitating stakeholder involvement
● Experience managing and executing QA process
● Demonstrated ability to complete work independently with careful attention to detail and follow-up; extremely accurate; demonstrated ability to juggle and prioritize tasks
● Ability to self-monitor to ensure completion of projects on time; can deal effectively with unexpected demands; flexible.
● Polished written, verbal, email and phone communicator
● Highly computer literate; ability to learn new software quickly and efficiently
