We have a current opening for a Lead Account/Circulation Manager in the Catalog/Direct division. This is a fast paced and demanding position with the responsibility of planning, execution and analysis for several clients. In order to be successful in this position, you must be excellent at project coordination, have superior organizational skills and have experience in Circulation planning, execution and analysis for a Direct Marketing company.
Core responsibilities Include:
• Annual bottoms-up circulation planning
• Detailed analysis of mail campaigns, promotional offer tests, historical results etc.
• Execution and coordination of mail plans including; writing pre and post merge specs, order outside lists, set up tests etc.
• Day to day contact and coordination with; clients, printers, service bureaus, list brokers etc.
• Ability to provide proactive recommendations to clients based on results and observations
• Campaign forecasting
• Transition new clients
• 5-10 years Direct Marketing / Circulation Management experience
• Exceptional computer skills with an emphasis on Excel
• Excellent organizational & communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a home office environment
• Must also work well as a team and promote positive relationships with clients and vendors
• Ability to multi-task
