The Annie Selke Companies seeks a self-motivated, full-time Content Marketing Associate. This person must hold a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field. You must also have 1-2 years professional marketing experience with a strong writing background. You must be able to think strategically and understand how writing for business enhances a company's marketing strategy.


The Content Marketing Associate will perform a variety of tasks, including:
" Maintaining and updating all website information, including but not limited to meta descriptions, error messages, auto responses, and customer e-mail notifications, including the writing of information in clear, on-brand language, adhering to SEO best practices.
" Updating content for customer service training documents.
" Assist with content development and coordination.
" Maintaining content/copy library.
" Facilitating the proofreading process of catalogs and other print materials.
" Proofreading a variety of materials, including but not limited to marketing emails and catalogs.
" Additional content needs as required.


Requirements:
" Bachelor's degree (preferably in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or Public Relations)
" Excellent written and verbal communication skills
" Excellent proofreading ability
" Ability to take direction and guidance
" A willingness to learn and work collaboratively as part of a team
" Knowledge of MS Office programs and Adobe suite, and social media platforms
" Interest in home design or textiles a plus

Sr. Print Designer


Reports to: VP of Creative Services
Overall Function: : To conceptualize, design and execute creative solutions that consistently and clearly communicate the company's brand identity, positioning and messaging through printed materials, including retail and wholesale catalog, and effectively communicate the strategic intent for each tactic.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
" Responsible for graphic design, seeing all projects through from concept, design, production, completion and delivery.
" Interact with the Creative Director and Copywriter to develop creative concepts and executions within print materials.
" Work closely with Print Production Manager and VP or Creative Services to keep all projects on track and ensure brand identity continuity.
" Follow the company's brand identity standards and guidelines.
" Presents design work at various stages for review and approval.
" Ability to bring intuitive design ideas to the creative team and work collaboratively.
" Responsible for leading and managing the work flow and responsibilities of the Jr. Print Graphic Designer(s).


JOB REQUIREMENTS:
" Possess solid understanding of consumer behaviors and market dynamics of the retail industry in an omni- channel world.
" Possess solid presentation, listening and communication skills. Able to work quickly and efficiently.
" Strong organization and problem solving skills with the ability to manage and execute multiple projects.
" Solution and detail oriented, hard worker who is passionate about visual design and marketing.
" Proactive, with the ability to work well independently and as a team.
" Professional, positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to observe and learn.
" Takes direction well and be able to excel in a highly collaborative work environment.
" Ensure all work consistently meets established brand standards and guidelines.


EDUCATION/SKILLS:
" Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising or related discipline.
" 3+ years print catalog layout experience.
" Omni-channel retail experience strongly preferred.
" Mastered composition techniques (multiple elements and interactive pieces) in producing polished final pieces.
" Mac platform, expert in Adobe Creative Suite with experience in Microsoft Office Suite. Dreamweaver and Flash beneficial, but not required.
" Demonstrated complete understanding of:
o Color theory and color relationships.
o Typography
o Perspective and space relationships.
o Page composition and grid structures.
o Catalog page layout design and production.
o Have a strong portfolio ready for review upon request.
