Primary Responsibility:
• Oversee product lifecycle management, data collection, reporting and analysis.
• Continuously improve master data quality by identifying and resolving data gaps,
inconsistencies, and business processes to ensure the ongoing integrity of product data and
performance reports.
Specific Areas of Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and direction to direct reports by assigning, prioritizing and monitoring
work.
• Ensure the highest level of product data consistency and accuracy by implementing and
enforcing agreed upon categorization of products.
• Establish and maintain safeguards to ensure master data and reporting quality.
• Responsible for the infrastructure required to enable product performance reports,
dashboards, scorecards, and other descriptive analytics.
• Improve decision making with insights gained through disciplined analysis.
• Identify problems and proactively lead projects and meetings that involve cross functioning
teams.
• Own the management of the end of life process, from creating initial recommendations, to
getting final approval, to handing off to merchandising scheduling.
• Recruit, train, develop and supervise direct reports.
