Are you an experienced, collaborative and creative
eCommerce Manager?

Trainers Warehouse/Office Oxygen needs a skilled marketing professional to oversee and drive the eCommerce Strategy and Implementation of our small but sophisticated B2B company. In this role, you will maintain our Magento ecommerce store, manage external vendor relationships, deploy new eCommerce strategies, and work with internal team members to help us realize the full potential of our products and brand.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Strategy:
o Create, plan and execute effective eCommerce strategies
o Advocate best practices and research new industry trends/opportunities for increased web store sales and other online marketing efforts
o Oversee the development and deployment of new eCommerce strategies and ensure high quality website design and development
• Management:
o Manage corporate and eCommerce websites, systems, and integrations (i.e. Power Reviews, BizSync, Google Feeds, Amazon, etc.)
o Identify, negotiate and manage project related contractors and vendors as necessary
o Partner with outside experts on Magento site maintenance, system integrations, extensions, security, and eCommerce development
o Manage SEM, SEO, email, data feeds, and retargeting channels related to eCommerce efforts
• Analysis: Benchmark, measure, analyze, and report on results of eCommerce and online marketing initiatives such as web store sales, email campaigns, SEM, and SEO
• Maintenance
o Product Merchandising: post skus online and analyze placement and performance.
o Oversee Amazon Seller Central account, including Amazon FBA functionality and fulfillment
o Respond to and troubleshoot customer inquiries related to user-experience issues
• Team member:
o Work collaboratively and productively with numerous internal stakeholders
o Serve as a marketing expert and evangelist both internally and externally


Qualifications:
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4-7+ years of professional experience in Ecommerce merchandising, Ecommerce marketing, online marketplaces or other relevant fields required
• Strong project management skills
• Experience managing vendors and service providers, including web developers and programmers
• Experience in Magento (currently on 1.x; but will have to migrate in a few years)
• Strong HTML skills; Capable in MS Excel
• Strong familiarity of Google Analytics
• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities
• Should love learning new software applications and online tools
• WISH LIST: Ability to write/proof copy; comfort with photoshop to prepare images for new SKUs
