To this end, our marketing department, located in convenient downtown Boston, is looking for an experienced digital marketing professional to drive our digital marketing efforts.


SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
The Senior Web Developer is instrumental to executing Road Scholars’ digital marketing vision. Working as part of the digital marketing team, this person will modify Road Scholar’s existing Episerver website on a regular basis. The ideal individual will have experience as a front end web developer and specific experience supporting an organization’s needs in terms of new website functionality.

Responsibilities:
• Write code to address bugs and new functionality while keeping customer UX top of mind
• Meet weekly release objectives
• Partner with IT and Marketing around UAT
• Troubleshoot and resolve web application issues as needed
• Work with third party developers as needed for larger development projects


Qualifications:
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years' experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript. C#, ASP.NET.MVC, Visual Studio and especially EPiServer CMS or Sitecore/Ektron
• Prior experience of implementation and development of CMS solutions for the web
• Experience with Web API’s, REST, JSON
• Experience managing external vendors
• Self-starter with ability to stay focused while performing heads-down work
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. unrestricted — indefinitely
