The Vermont Teddy Bear Company, located in Shelburne, VT, is in search of a highly motivated, versatile individual to fill the position of Web Merchandiser. This position is responsible for product set up, maintenance and category pages. Collaborate and coordinate with partners in Product Development, Inventory Control, Graphic Design, Marketing and Merchandising to execute the Merchandising Plan and drive site performance improvement for the best customer experience and to meet our KPIs. This includes execution of processes that will assure smooth product flow into the sales stream.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, excellent computer skills, including prior experience with Magento or other web platforms as well as proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. The ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines. Strong problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task while maintaining a high attention to detail. Bachelor’s Degree in Merchandising or related field preferred.
