Littleton Coin Company in Littleton, NH is seeking a highly organized, motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill a key Management position within our organization. You’ll be fully responsible for a current staff of 4 managers and over 100 hourly employees in our Inbound Fulfillment Department. You’ll help develop and coordinate all long- and short-term plans and budgets for a group that processes 1.5 million orders and approximately 400,000 phone calls each year.

Qualifications:
Successful candidates have:

• Extensive experience in fulfillment/call center management (additional experience with pick/pack/ship is desired)
• A history of continually improving productivity
• Expertise in planning and budgeting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A participative management style
• Highly refined analytical capacity
• Shows initiative, has sound judgment, and takes decisive action
