POSITION SUMMARY:

This role in in charge of executing offline marketing programs and analyze performance of segmentation and tests.
Optimize ad spend on customer retention, reactivation and acquisition programs.

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
-The role is located in our new state-of-art headquarters at One New York Plaza in vibrant downtown Manhattan.
-Support execution of segmentation for marketing campaigns from targeting through execution
-Execute contact plan based on predetermined criteria
-Execute a variety of customer acquisition / customer retention programs
-Report on customer performance
-Report on results of all campaigns including financial results
-Execute test programs as needed including stream testing
-Report on all test results
-Help determine testing opportunities
-Collaborate with online marketing to ensure that offline programs are driving qualified traffic
and sales volume to all
channels
-Support cross channel consistency for marketing programs


Qualifications:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
-Bachelor’s degree, 1+ years of Fulltime Marketing experience required
-Strong Microsoft Excel skills required; other data analysis tools a plus
-Analytical background
-Passion for driving business results through a combination of analysis and connection with our customer
-Ability to handle multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
