Coldwater Creek is hiring a Digital Analytics Manager to ensure our digital marketing department makes smart decisions based on data, not assumptions, and that our assumptions are properly tested. The DA Manager will be responsible for all testing, analysis and improvement of Coldwater Creek’s various conversion points and making recommendations that will improve our digital marketing programs. Additionally, in this role the DA Manager will gather and analyze voice of customer data as well as competitive information to ensure we’re listening to our customer and maintaining a competitive advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and report on the performance of various marketing channels and campaigns creating scalable and innovative approaches to extracting, managing and analyzing data and update our team regularly on these data points.
• Collaborate with partners from FP&A departments to accurately forecast the e-commerce business based on campaign strategies.
• Develop a vision for analytics architecture, various predictive models, and efficient workflow across marketing departments.
• Conduct regular competitive research on other products and companies in our industry.
• Craft customer surveys to gather data and insights and regularly inform the marketing, and customer experience teams about our customer behaviors and buying preferences and patterns.
• Conduct buyer journey research, and help our team optimize our website, marketing touchpoints, and sales approach accordingly.
• Manage key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs) and checkout.
• A/B test and continually measure the performance of these conversion assets.


Qualifications:
Requirements:

• BS degree or equivalent working experience. MBA preferred.
• Experience with analytic techniques, statistical modeling, and web analytics technologies.
• Ability to extract meaning and suggest action items from data, not just report metrics.
• Excellent communication skills when working with teammates who may be either data-driven or more qualitative.
• Expert at Microsoft Excel and Google Analytics, at minimum.
• Preferred experience with A/B testing platform such as Monetate or Omniture Test and Target.
• Deep understanding of web-related behaviors and trends and ability to optimize for these.
