Job Summary: This position coordinates the day-to-day execution of email marketing campaigns and corresponding web content. This includes interfacing with the buying and merchandising and marketing teams to ensure that the website is current and email marketing programs are sent according to schedule. The ideal candidate will also have an interest in analyzing email marketing campaigns and website content in order to determine what works and make recommendations to fix what doesn’t.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage email marketing process from inception to completion including gathering and returning products to the buying and merchandising team, slicing and coding emails, determining subject lines and managing email deliverability with 3rd party provider
• Stay current on email marketing best practices, CAN-SPAM regulations, and overall email program compliance
• Analyze email marketing campaigns based on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly campaign performance
• Develop on-boarding, testing and execution strategies to maximize email performance
• Ensure that website content is up-to-date at all times
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet company goals


Qualifications:

• Technical training in relative field (HTML programming, web design, email deployment)
• Bachelors degree in related field preferred
• Experience with HTML and Photoshop required
• Experience with email platforms and content management systems preferred
• Basic understanding of web analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly organized and a solid planner
• Independent, team oriented multi-tasker
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work
