POSITION PURPOSE The CRM Manger will develop integrated holistic marketing programs & plans for the Journeys Group. Including the plan and development, of lifecycle marketing campaigns and direct response campaigns y defining the strategic vision of all out bound customer communication / CRM.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & BASIC DUTIES This is a high-powered, and data-driven position that partners with business leaders across The Journeys Group to be responsible for driving customer analytics and strategy projects. The person in this role will generate fact-based insights to help each of its brands maximize customer value and grow the business.

Responsibilities
• Responsible for oversight of relational database and data management for all customer sources, including data quality, process flow and customer capture
• Analyze data to identify anomalies, trends and recognize patterns in the data
• Analyze large sets of customer data and segment information into appropriate groups, categories, and demographics for optimal strategic implementation
• Mine and synthesize CRM data to identify trends, describe customer behavior and inform business results from a customer-perspective to drive customer-centric decision making
• Develop new customer-level reporting to answer key customer, marketing and business strategy questions
• Leverage data cubes, query customer databases, and compile ad-hoc requests to extract customer information, standardize and reconcile data from disparate sources
• Prepare and present reports highlighting key insights on customer behavior, engagement, value, and trends
• Work with various cross-functional business partners, including customer analytics, marketing, strategy, operations and IT, to structure solutions to data and business questions
• Own and manage projects or work streams as relates to larger CRM strategy and marketing projects, including identification of key issues, development of hypotheses, analysis, conclusions, and presentation of findings


Qualifications:
• Requires 5+ years of database marketing experience preferably in a multi-channel retail environment
• Strong organizations skills with attention to detail and data accuracy
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey complex analytics into simple answers
• Knowledge and expertise in statistics, models, probability – degree or certification a plus
• Solid understanding of the financial assessment of ROI


Education
• BS degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or Marketing and/or equivalent experience
