This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded agency in the multichannel marketing industry at a senior/impact level. The right individual will leverage their digital marketing experience to become an integral part of the agency leadership team.

Location
Although Bright Cloud would like this new member of the team to enjoy the 300 days of sunshine their Colorado location offers, they understand the difficulty in making such a huge life change. The right individual would be able to work remotely as long as they make a commitment to address the challenges of being part of the team yet working remotely.

Responsibilities
• Manage client relationships as the key point of contact with the goal of fostering long-term business relationships and continued growth
• Establish and oversee the development of best practices (client and agency) to continually drive incremental value and return on the client’s investment
• Optimize paid search spend for a set of retail clients, including: set up of new account, campaigns, keyword development, ad copy testing, optimizing bids, budget management and landing page strategies
• Identify and test growth opportunities for clients
• Conduct bi-weekly and quarterly strategy client calls
• Consistently focused on knowing and meeting client performance metrics
• Provide written client recommendations and assessment of results
• Participate in and/or lead projects to improve our processes and service offerings
• Work with our CSE manager and Marketing Assistants to provide great service to our clients


Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years experience as Paid Search Consultant or Paid Search Director/Manager at a merchant site.
• Proficient in Search Marketing consoles of Google Adwords/Adwords Editor and Bing AdCenter/MSN Desktop and Yahoo Gemini
• Highly Proficient with Google Analytics
• Experience in bid/campaign management tools such as Marin and/or Acquisio
• Experience with remarketing vendor such as Adroll and Criteo
• Highly proficient in excel with the ability to analyze client's performance results and develop specific written recommendations
• HTML coding, Photoshop, SEO, Social Media experience a plus
• Excellent client management skills
• Sense of humor and willingness to help other team members
• Be open to learn and teach others
