In 2012 we opened the US Marketing office in Boston, Massachusetts to address the needs of our growing US business. We are a small but powerful team of engaged, interesting and fashion-friendly marketers focused on making every last customer happy. With the competition snapping at our heels, we’re looking for an Assistant Circulation Manager to help grow our active Mini Boden customer base and deliver a strong return on investment for the children’s division.

Qualifications:
Boden customers are an intelligent and demanding bunch that expects quite a lot from our campaigns. To work in the CRM team you’ll need to demonstrate a track record in the planning and execution of successful direct mailings. You’ll also be expected to dabble in data selections and customer segmentations – allowing you to base your decisions on serious marketing analysis.

As an experienced marketer, your knowledge of customer retention and acquisition initiatives will be bang up to date – and you’ll be bristling with ideas about how to increase Mini Boden customer loyalty. You’ll be eager to learn, be a strong team player and have the confidence to take initiative in helping us grow the business.
