Qualifications:

We have an incredible opening for a talented and experienced merchant/buyer who will play a central leadership role on our merchandising team as one of our Divisional Merchandising Managers. You will find and develop new products and merchandise specified product categories to deliver and maximize sales and profits; create, cultivate and maintain strategic vendor relationships so we maintain an exclusive edge in the marketplace. Our ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of buyer or related merchandising experience with specific expertise in product line strategy and management, sourcing product lines and demonstrated negotiation skills. Digital/web and catalog direct to consumer experience & gardening knowledge are strongly preferred.
