Job Responsibilities

• Manage web projects including site redesigns, new website functionality and mobile/tablet versions of the website.
• Work closely with the cross functional teams in IT, eCommerce, Merchandising, Customer Service and Creative to establish priorities for development projects and ensure timely execution.
• Escalate to management any risks to project plans and/or major milestones in a timely fashion to avoid adverse effects on budget, delivery or implementation timelines.
• Responsible for thorough testing of new functionality on all site versions – desktop, mobile and tablet. Coordinate testing feedback and relay to IT. Track open development requests and tickets and follow to successful resolution.
• Lead the development, execution and optimization of social media campaigns on Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram and other channels.
• Manage vendor communications with outside marketing partners and agencies.
• Perform user testing of the website to evaluate new content and/or functionality.
• Work with SEO team to incorporate SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies into site design and execution.
• Moderate customer reviews and user generated content to ensure consistency with corporate guidelines. Manage customer review and UGC vendor relations.
• Deliver web analytics reporting and insight that accurately measures channel performance on a regular basis.
• Stay abreast of changes in the online marketing environment, evaluate emerging technologies, provide thought leadership and recommendations for adoption where appropriate.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of progressive digital marketing experience required.
• Track record of delivering multifaceted web, social and mobile digitally driven campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Experienced user of web analytics software tools (Adobe Analytics a plus).
• Well-developed project management skills; capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong working knowledge of various social media marketing technologies, platforms and practices to deliver an exceptional online consumer experience.
• Strong track record of leveraging data driven research/analysis to drive strategic direction and optimize marketing programs.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently.
• BA / BS required.
• Excellent communicator.
