It’s an exciting time to work in the marketing department at Boden. The clothing business founded in 1991 to make people’s lives a little lovelier is now a global brand. But with the competition snapping at our heels, we’re looking for an Assistant Circulation Manager to help grow our active Mini Boden customer base and deliver a strong return on investment for the children’s division.



Qualifications:
Boden customers are an intelligent and demanding bunch that expects quite a lot from our campaigns. To work in the CRM team you’ll need to demonstrate a track record in the planning and execution of successful direct mailings. You’ll also be expected to dabble in data selections and customer segmentations – allowing you to base your decisions on serious marketing analysis.

As an experienced marketer, your knowledge of customer retention and acquisition initiatives will be bang up to date – and you’ll be bristling with ideas about how to increase Mini Boden customer loyalty. You’ll be eager to learn, be a strong team player and have the confidence to take initiative in helping us grow the business.
