It’s an exciting time to work in the marketing department at Boden. The clothing business founded in 1991 to make people’s lives a little lovelier is now a global brand. But with the competition snapping at our heels, we’re looking for a Campaign Manager to grow our active customer base and deliver a strong return on investment.
Boden customers are an intelligent and demanding bunch that expect quite a lot from our campaigns. To lead our campaign team you’ll need to demonstrate a track record of planning and executing ‘stand out’ direct mailing and email campaigns.
You’ll also be expected to dabble in data selections and customer segmentations – allowing you to base your decisions on serious marketing analysis.
As a multi-channel marketer, your knowledge of customer retention and acquisition initiatives will be bang up to date – and you’ll be bristling with ideas about how to increase the loyalty of the people who wear our clothes. As well as being an effective manager of people, you’ll be comfortable at handling a sizable budget and have the confidence to sell your campaign proposals to colleagues in the marketing department and beyond.

Summary Job Description:
Oversees the strategic planning and implementation of all US direct marketing contact strategies for both buyers and prospects. Drives the profitable growth of the US business through maximizing customer lifetime value, developing new marketing approaches, and building brand awareness in the US market.
Accountabilities & Measures
Develops and implements CRM strategies across all customer segments, including identifying new marketing opportunities, implementing new programs, and managing promotional offers that performance and
profitability objectives

Oversees all catalogue circulation planning, model development, and list selections for buyers and prospects (recruitment).
Responsible for the investment of +$30 million direct marketing budget.

Drives new customer acquisition through cold list prospect catalogues, including oversight of paginations, formats, and marketing messaging, and through partnering with 3rd parties.

Hires, develops, motivates and retains staff.
