Summary of Position

We are seeking a mid-­‐level sales executive with a proven track record of working in business development for leading US Online Advertising (SEM, SEO, CSE, Analytics) agencies/technology providers, who has the capability, contacts, and confidence to build a sales organization working directly with the CEO. The Sales Director will be part of 5 member Global Leadership Core Team for the Company. The position is based in our Princeton, NJ office.

Job Description
• Bring in new clients to meet and exceed sales quota
• Sell full service and technology solutions to large search engine advertisers, primarily in online retail industry, with focus on advertisers with $500k+ per annum online ad spend
• Sell a full portfolio of services and/or technology across SEM, SEO, Social media, and Comparison Shopping Engine Management
• Create a scalable sales organization and build out sales capabilities of the Company

Qualifications:
Desired Skills & Experience

• Entrepreneurial online advertising executive with 6-­‐8 years of proven sales management and sales execution expertise in search engine marketing/shopping engine management firm (preferably senior sales management position in one of the top 20 US Search Engine Marketing agencies/technology provider) .
• Portable Retail/ECommerce Rolodex.
• Candidate will have deep client relationships and bring portable rolodex of mid to large sized search engine advertisers in online retail industry
• Self-­‐starter with keen focus on overachieving targets and "building a business"
• Should be able to work independently with limited supervision as well as in a team setting with colleagues around the globe
• Prior experience in selling "web based search engine marketing/shopping engine management technologies" to C-­‐level executives preferred
• Leadership ability and presence to interact, negotiate, and close with external and internal executives
• Excellent people management skills
