Details:
This position manages the day-to-day execution of email marketing campaigns. This includes interfacing with the buying and merchandising and marketing teams to ensure that the website is current and email marketing programs are sent according to schedule.

Manage email marketing process from inception to completion including slicing and coding emails, determining subject lines, managing email deliverability with 3rd party provider and gathering and returning products to the buying and merchandising team.

Develop on-boarding, testing, and execution strategies to maximize email performance

Stay current on email marketing best practices, CAN-SPAM regulations, and overall email program compliance

Manage external partners to set-up email campaigns, perform quality assurance, and ensure regulatory requirements and guidelines are achieved

Manage compliance and best practice around privacy, spam regulations, permission-based marketing, and deliverables

Analyze email marketing campaigns based on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly campaign performance

Work with 3rd party partners to define value-add services that improve deliverability

Work with cross-functional teams to meet company goals

Qualifications:
Technical training in relative field (HTML programming, web design, email deployment)
Bachelors preferred
2+ years experience email deployment experience
Experience with HTML and Photoshop required
Experience with email platforms and content management systems
Basic understanding of web analytics
Excellent written and verbal communication
Highly organized and a solid planner
Independent, team oriented multi-tasker
Ability to work well under deadline pressure
Self-starter with solid follow through and multi-tasking capabilities
Must be able to meet strict deadlines
Ability to work quickly and accurately
