The Vermont Teddy Bear Co., located in Shelburne, VT, is in search of a Digital Acquisition Marketing Manager to help reach and acquire new customers through online advertising. The successful candidate will be joining the Digital Marketing team to help grow and shape the future of our companies (VermontTeddyBear.com, PajamaGram.com, PajamaJeans.com and CalyxFlowers.com). You will be responsible for all aspects of online customer acquisition campaigns, including the strategy, execution and optimization. You will be joining a growing marketing team that is passionate about data and using it to optimize advertising.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with at least 3 years of online marketing experience, ready to roll up their sleeves and pitch in to help us reach new levels in our online marketing line of business.

Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM (add’l hours and weekends may be required).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and create online marketing programs to drive direct sales and acquire new customers.
• Daily, hands-on optimization of campaigns and as well managing external vendor and agency relationships.
• Campaigns include paid search, display advertising, social media and online marketplaces.
• Identify trends and new opportunities in online marketing.
• Identify and develop new strategic vendor relationships.
• Manage budgets, milestones, and deadlines for multiple simultaneous projects; measure and report results; and craft recommendations for future growth.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
• An in-depth knowledge of direct-to-consumer ecommerce and online marketing.
• Ability to effectively manage all aspects of a project with attention to details, including planning, execution, optimization, and post-campaign analysis.
• Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, start-up, and “hands on” environment.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) are required.
• Ability to absorb new technology rapidly and understand business issues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or other relevant study or the equivalent combination of education and work experience is required.
• 3+ years of online marketing experience.
