Details:
Oversee all aspects of circulation for the Travel business and manage list selection for direct and digital marketing, including the identification of new targeted direct mail and digital tests. Conduct analysis and reporting on all marketing campaigns, develop actionable insights and work on the development and implementation of a customer contact strategy.

Principal Responsibilities
1. Oversee all aspects of direct mail circulation planning, forecasting, growth and implementation for all NG Expeditions programs. Work with the NG Analytics and Modeling team to identify new targets for direct mail campaigns and evaluate marketing opportunities.( 50%)
2. Direct digital circulation (e-mail campaigns; targeted ad campaigns) and develop strategies to maximize opportunities for finding new customers online. (25%)
3. Work closely with NG Expeditions marketing team to implement marketing source attribution and analyze campaign results for ROI, acquisition costs, lifetime value and other key metrics. (15%)
4. Help drive the development and implementation of a customer contact strategy to develop leads and increase traveler repeat rate. (10%)

Qualifications:
Minimum Education Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Minimum Years and Type of Experience Required
7+ years of circulation and/or database-driven direct marketing experience, including direct mail, digital media, analysis, reporting, and modeling. Demonstrated excellence in consumer-direct and online marketing. Travel knowledge and experience a plus.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Ability to conduct in-depth business analysis and recommend practical solutions. Strong critical thinking skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; strong marketing/customer oriented; proven track record in print and/or digital circulation, self-directed, well organized; and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
