The Vermont Teddy Bear Co., located in Shelburne, VT, is in search of a Web Content Coordinator to join the Bear Crew. The qualified individual will coordinate product content on the Company’s websites. The Web Content Coordinator will act as project manager for the eCommerce team, ensuring that all projects and tasks are completed on time, on budget, and according to scope. In addition, this individual will serve as liaison with other groups and departments within the Company to ensure full and proper support of all company activities. Monday through Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM (add’l. hours & weekends may be required).

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Coordinate product catalog and content information, in conjunction with other departments (including Merchants, Inventory, Call Center, Graphic Design, IT).
· Responsible for content development on Company’s websites, as well as content alignment with other channels/mediums.
· Responsible for SEO activities on all company websites.
· Maintain a calendar of product and content updates to support intra-departmental communication and coordinated deployment of products and content.
· Responsible for maintaining team project management platform.
· Support any additional website content for new projects.
· Responsible for UAT (acceptance testing) and QA (quality assurance) of all website changes/updates.
· Adhere to department and Company style guides, ensuring copy and information standards.
· Assist with website development projects as needed.

Qualifications:
This individual will have prior experience working with eCommerce platform software (preferably Magento), a working knowledge of HTML, and familiarity with various SAAS marketing tools (SEO, testing & optimization, project management).

· Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and superb project management capabilities.
· Ability to manage workload independently with excellent attention to detail is necessary.
Education / Experience
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management or other relevant study or the equivalent combination of education and work experience is required.
· Must have at least 3 years of professional work experience within an office environment.
