Details:
The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for intricate, multifaceted project management, and will interact with all members of the organization as well as external service providers. This position will have a broad understanding of and experience working with hardware and software systems, including their installation, maintenance and life cycles. Ideal candidates will have proven analytical and problem solving capabilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Translate user and/ or systems requirements into functional technical specifications.
• Understand detailed systems documentation, including user manuals and technical manuals.
• Act as a liaison between developers and end users to ensure technical compatibility and satisfaction.
• Set project scope, priorities, deadlines and deliverables schedules.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor the progress of projects to ensure alignment with business goals and on time completion.

Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience working with hardware and software systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or Computer Science
• Proven experience managing complex projects
• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership and initiative skills
