We are looking to add another Circulation Analyst to our Marketing team. Under the general supervision of the Marketing Director, the Circulation Analyst role manages circulation planning and marketing analysis for the company’s catalog mailings, product lines and web promotions.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for management of catalog circulation plans including proforma forecasting & selection/model criteria decisions at the list level
• Executes house-file and prospecting strategies for all mailings; optimizing circulation and sales results through testing, segmentation and analysis
• Liaison with SAS Programming team to ensure accurate and timely execution of all mail plans. Compile and execute list orders, review counts, manage adjustments to completion of mailing.
• Queries large datasets via SAS Enterprise Guide for various ad hoc analysis projects across all marketing channels
• Active participant in budgeting and forecasting including formulating projection curves and sales forecasts
• Determines seasonal trends, and maintains alertness for statistical inferences and variations in results.
• Conducts seasonal business unit analysis and list reviews, providing and presenting key trends and indicators for decision making
• Directs all contact with merge purge vendor to ensure all catalog mailings are executed correctly and as intended
• Analyzes promotion and test results, measures profitability and makes recommendations for future strategies, tactics and testing.
• Track outside list costs and review vendor invoicing for approval.
• Analyzes and recommends new areas of markets for company consideration.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business
• 5 – 7 years direct marketing and analysis experience, preferably in a catalog driven environment
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Prior SAS Enterprise Guide experience a plus
• Google Analytics or other related web experience a plus
• Strong communication (both verbal and written), organizational, and time management skills
• Desire to work independently as well as a part of a team
• Be able to manage multiple projects and changing priorities
• Desire to work in a fast paced environment
