Details:
The Position: Responsible for new customer acquisition and incremental revenue generation through development and implementation of successful eCommerce marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:
• Manage day to day operation of web marketing initiatives.
• Research, analyze, prioritize, and execute marketing campaigns and strategies to increase web site traffic, incremental revenue, and new customer acquisition.
• Develop and maintain eCommerce marketing budgets, sales projections, breakeven analysis, and marketing performance metrics.
• Analyze, optimize, and manage existing channels as well as develop/test new channels for future growth.
• Maximize cost effective acquisition programs within budget guidelines and profit goals.
• Define best practices by setting measurable objectives, ensure tracking/reporting capabilities, evaluating/reporting campaign results, and creating P&L analysis.
• Monitor competitive activity and react to online trends and best practices.
• Act as marketing liaison and point of contact (related to marketing efforts) between eCommerce and other departments.
• Initiate, establish and manage relationships with 3rd party service providers as needed for supplemental marketing programs

Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience
• At least 70% of experience in consumer product oriented, B2C eCommerce.
• Product lines: women’s apparel, home & garden, or specialty such as pet, gifts, or toys.
• Direct management of online annual marketing budget of at least $5mm.
• Online annual sales directly attributed to marketing budget of at least $20mm.
• Hands-on experience managing paid search programs and product listing ads with annual spend of at least $1mm.
• Hands-on experience managing retargeting programs (dynamic ads, static ads, and/or email) with annual spend of at least $1mm.
• Hands-on experience managing email campaigns with at least 200 unique campaigns per year and email list of at least 300,000 email addresses.
• Hands-on experience using analytics and data analysis to measure ROI and marketing productivity.
• Hands-on experience creating annual marketing plans and fiscal budgets.
