Aramark Uniform Services is currently hiring for the position noted below:

The ECOMMERCE ANALYST manages the development and implementation of strategies intended to promote the organization's products and/or services through web site marketing. The Ecommerce Analyst participates in the design and implementation of web site marketing plans. The incumbent will ensure our web site achieves marketing objectives and adheres to quality standards regarding appearance and content. The incumbent is also responsible for monitoring the web site visitor patterns and trends, and adjusts strategies as appropriate.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development of Aramark’s Direct Sale (ADS) website so that the user (business and consumer) is able to effortlessly navigate and use website features and functionality to create a seamless user experience.
• Use site metrics tools to track site traffic, performance, and page views then produce reports for site owners.
• Manages the budget in key areas including content creation and design, e-commerce, online tracking and analysis, new site concept development, and search engine marketing.
• Apply new technology, media, interactive research and emerging standards related to internet marketing and digital media.
• Collaborate with external partners such as agencies to assist with data collection and reporting.
• Will lead and drive core insights from the data to suggest, create and execute multivariate or a/b/c tests that drive fundamental improvements to the site experience.
• Exhibit a high level of expertise in driving the data strategy across multiple “listening posts” (websites, surveys, testing, CRM systems, market research, etc.).
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Provide weekly and monthly reports using (excel, Business Intelligence tools, clickstream analytics).
• Provide website behavior and customer experience analysis.
• Data consolidation and validation.
• Will coordinate tags, tracking parameters implementations.
• Will lead the creation and completion of multivariate and A/B testing documents and post-test analysis.

Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, marketing or related field is preferred.
• Three to four years of working experience with standard clickstream analysis tools: Omniture, Click tracks, Web Trends, HBX, Core Metrics, etc.
• Two years’ experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing, competitive analysis, surveys and market research.
• Three to five years’ experience in one or more roles in an online ecommerce or online support environment.
• High level of expertise with Business Intelligence tools such as: two plus years of experience in Business Objects.
• Experience writing and tuning sql queries in an online or offline environment.
• A high level of expertise in Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Pay Per Click (PPC) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies and a minimum one year experience in the success of SEM/PPC and SEO campaigns/efforts.
• Proven ability to manage multiple programs concurrently.
• Demonstrated development skills with the ability to keep work flowing while minimizing problems and delays.
• An understanding of digital and traditional marketing and media disciplines.
• Ability to identify key needs or gaps and provide leadership to close those gaps.
• Works effectively both independently and as a member of a cross functional team.
• Exhibits a high degree of pro-activeness in analyzing customer behavior using available data to influence changes in the website.
• Use strong analytical skills to provide insight as well as recommendations for changes and influences key Company decision makers of business benefits of the proposed solutions.
• Understanding of basic marketing fundamentals, E-commerce, content creation and integration, campaign development and marketing promotion.
