The Director of Customer Experience is responsible for delivering world class service and creating the best possible customer experience for those coming in contact with the Coldwater Creek brand.

This is both a strategic and hands-on position, concentrated on creating and driving a customer focused culture and identifying opportunities to improve and enhance the customer experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop opportunities to improve customer experience and build customer loyalty
• Participate on cross-functional teams for key VOC projects and help guide the initiatives to achieve the desired outcomes
• Ensure Coldwater Creek performance standards are being met and all customers receive the best possible experience across all touch points: phones, email, social media, LiveChat, packing, shipping, and returns services.
• Responsible for creating and facilitating Seasonal Product training with Customer Service Agents and Distribution Center Associates.
• Develop and manage a communications plan for Customer Service Agents and Distribution Center Associates.

Qualifications:
• 5 to 7 years of experience
