The Copywriting Manager is responsible for establishing and guiding the Coldwater Creek brand voice in all channels. This position will assist and develop copywriters to ensure excellence in every communications piece and overall voice is consistent with brand objectives. The Copywriting Manager will direct the digital and print copywriting teams to ensure that brand values and initiatives are well communicated. The position collaborates with multiple departments to develop, refine and communicate brand ethos.

Responsibilities: include ability to write compelling copy across all channels, setting the tone of the voice in all channels, developing the brand by evolving the brand voice, generating new ideas for campaigns, creating strategically relevant and fresh ideas. Coach, mentor, and develop the copy team. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Requirements: Bachelors degree and agency experience preferred, 7+ years as a leader in a creative environment, Proven ability to recruit, retain and develop talent necessary to achieve success, outstanding, creative aesthetic. Ecommerce and brand marketing experience preferred and great communication and relationship building skills.
