The Credit and Loyalty Program Manager is responsible for developing marketing strategies and initiatives that will drive an increase in sales in our credit and partnership programs. The person will oversee all marketing programs for the card program with a focus on increasing the number of customers enrolled, as well as retaining existing customers. Individual will oversee all financials and analysis of programs to drive continued growth and profitability.

Responsibilities include: Develop and recommend credit customer acquisition plans that expand cardholder base, improve retention, enhance market share and increase program profitability. Develop integrated marketing strategies for the Coldwater Creek credit card in direct mail, email, digital, social, and statement communications. Prepare segmented communication strategies to retain, increase card usage and build loyalty among existing cardholders. Day-to-day manager of relationship with our credit provider. Oversee and manage technical enhancements to the loyalty program in partnership with IT, database and credit card provider. Build business cases for enhancements and ensure timely and accurate execution. Provide top level findings and recommend strategies from these analyses. Assist in the development of Quarterly Credit Debriefs. Collaborate with all internal and external contacts to ensure accurate information for program analysis. Develop data driven credit programs and provide in-depth analysis and interpretation of customer data. Oversee design and distribution of all supporting credit marketing communications. Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and monitor developments within credit industry. Identify third parties for brand right partnership efforts with the focus of driving new customers to the brand. Manage and oversee the execution and analysis for these partnership efforts. Assist in various ad hoc credit analyses for various internal clients. Manage budget for all aspects of credit marketing programs.

Qualifications:
Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business with concentration in Marketing, preferred. Advanced degree, MBA, a plus. 5+ years Private Label or Co-Brand Credit Card Marketing experience. Experience in creating and planning marketing offers and campaigns that increase usage and achieve company profitability goals. Ability to think analytically and creatively. Technical skill proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Strong oral and written presentation skills and a passion for direct marketing. A passion for direct marketing.
